What we collect

Your email address and chosen explanation language when you subscribe. Your name, email and billing country when you buy, collected by our payment provider.

Why

To deliver what you bought, to send the weekly question you asked for, and to meet tax and accounting obligations.

Who else sees it

Name your payment provider, your email provider and your host here. Each one is a processor under the GDPR and must be listed.

How long we keep it

Subscriber data until you unsubscribe. Purchase records for the period Dutch tax law requires, currently seven years.

Where your data goes

IDEALAUNCHDIGITAL LLC is based in the United States, so personal data of EU customers is transferred outside the EEA. Name the safeguard you rely on for that transfer, for example your processor's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Send requests to support@idealaunchdigital.nl.
